⚠️ ประกาศแจ้งเตือนการเรียกคืนสินค้าเพื่อความปลอดภัย
Apeks ได้ออกประกาศเรียกคืนผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อความปลอดภัย สำหรับ Regulator และ Octopus รุ่น XL4, XL4+ และ OCEA หมายเลข Serial Number : 250402212 ถึง 260402893
ทาง 360° Watersports Thailand ได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบสินค้าที่นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายทั้งหมดเรียบร้อยแล้ว และขอยืนยันว่า สินค้าทั้งหมดที่จัดจำหน่ายผ่าน 360° Watersports Thailand ไม่ได้รับผลกระทบจากประกาศเรียกคืนครั้งนี้
อย่างไรก็ตาม หากท่านซื้อเรกูเลเตอร์ Apeks จากต่างประเทศ หรือผ่านผู้นำเข้าหรือผู้จัดจำหน่ายรายอื่น ขอความกรุณาตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ของท่านโดยทันที ตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง
หากท่านเป็นเจ้าของรุ่นดังกล่าว โปรดหยุดใช้งานทันที และตรวจสอบหมายเลข Serial Number ว่าอยู่ในช่วงที่ได้รับผลกระทบหรือไม่:

ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่อยู่ในช่วงหมายเลขดังกล่าว ห้ามใช้งาน จนกว่าจะได้รับการตรวจสอบโดยตัวแทนจำหน่าย Apeks อย่างเป็นทางการ และดำเนินการซ่อมแซมหากจำเป็น

A product safety recall has been issued for certain 𝗔𝗽𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗫𝗟𝟰, 𝗫𝗟𝟰+, and 𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗔 second stages and octopuses.
We have conducted a comprehensive review of all Apeks regulators imported by 360° Watersports Thailand and can confirm that none of the products supplied through 360° Watersports Thailand are affected by this notice.
However, if you purchased an Apeks regulator from overseas or through a previous distributor, we urge you to check your equipment immediately against the details below.
If you own one of these products, please 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 using it immediately and check whether its serial number falls within the affected range:
𝟮𝟱𝟬𝟰𝟬𝟮𝟮𝟭𝟮 to 𝟮𝟲𝟬𝟰𝟬𝟮𝟴𝟵𝟯, inclusive.
Affected products 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 until they have been inspected by an authorised Apeks Dealer and, if necessary, repaired.
