Kanlaya's Eyrie, Luxury Homestay Kanlaya's is possibly the finest private house west of Chiang Mai. It took us three years to build in a spectacular setting.

Set high in the mountainous sub-tropical rainforest with wrap-around views, its eco chic personified. Perched atop a magnificent garden that falls away through rocky palisades to the river below, there is an opulent honeymoon suite, a water-riven courtyard, a charming Sala and a second guest suite and wrap around balconies with views to the Burmese Border

For Honeymoons and holidays choose either our all-inclusive Safari Adventure: Chiang Mai or Mae Hong Son pick up, chauffeur, guide, food, drinks, luxury accommodation and a whole menu of all-inclusive things to do, or for independent travellers, luxury bed and breakfast by the day, with an a la carte menu of adventures to try and food to enjoy. Cobblestones, the original house built with river washed cobbles from the river bed at the bottom of the garden, has been enlarged, modernised and upgraded to provide three very comfortable, spacious (50+ square meters) en suite bedrooms with private balconies, underfloor heating and magnificent views. Guests at Cobblestones also enjoy the Sala, Courtyard and main balcony at Kanlaya's, the extensive garden and Thatched Sala above the river.
