This is our attempt to help guide some lost souls who have come to Patong without first booking, or are looking to extend their holiday. We're an expat run, expat standard 3 star hotel who are open for direct bookings as well as online bookings. We're running full occupancy day by day. Our warning to all reading this is to book in advance by at least one week. Thank you, have a great day!

WARNING: Patong is running extremely full this high-season. PLEASE book in advance by at least one week, whether with us or any other hotel.

We are experiencing on average 30 walk-in's per day without bookings who cannot find rooms for the night. We expect that this level of occupancy will last all of January and most (if not all) of February 2025.

Online bookings (depending on the day) are AT LEAST 10,000 baht per night elsewhere and if you seek "same day", searches reveal AT LEAST 20,000 baht for one night, and this includes illegal daily-rate sales by guesthouses (not licensed hotels).
