Based on the official announcement from Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the information in your picture, the major change is the removal of the 60-day visa exemption and the introduction of a 30-day visa exemption for 54 countries, 15-day exemption for 3 countries, and a reduced Visa on Arrival list of 4 countries. The measures take effect after the required 15-day period following publication in the Royal Gazette; your graphic states 15 September 2026.

New Visa Rules Effective 15 September 2026
Thailand is changing its visa exemption rules.
❌ The previous 60-day visa exemption will be cancelled.
From 15 September 2026:
🔵 30-Day Visa Exemption — 54 countries
🟠 15-Day Visa Exemption — 3 countries
Seychelles • Maldives • Mauritius
🟡 Visa on Arrival — 4 countries
Azerbaijan • Belarus • Serbia • India
