จากแฟน Mensho tokyo พอเค้าเปิด Mensho Tonkotsu ที่ Dusit central park กฟ้เลยต้องมาลองสะหน่อย มาถึงคนแรกก่อน 11 โมง แต่เมนูๅม่มีหลายอย่าง เลย end up ที่ classic tonkotsu คือไม่แย่ แต่ผิดหวังนิดหน่อย เพราะ Mensho tokyo แต่ละเมนูทำได้ดีมาก แต่เมนูซุปกระดูหมูค่อยข้างหน้าเบื่อ ไม่มี depth ตัวหมูหนานุ่ม แต่ก็ไม่ได้พิเศษอะไร เปิดเจอผักดอง นึกว่าจะช่วยให้ umami ขึ้นแต่ก็เปล่า
คิดว่าเมนูนี้ ขอตายรังที่ Bankara เหมือนเดิม (จากใจคนชอบเค็มและมัน)

ใครเป็นนักกินตัวจริง ชีวิตนี้ต้องไป San Sebastian, Spain 🇪🇸 สักครั้ง มันคือสวรรค์ของคนชอบกิน ร้านนี้อร่อยมาก แทบทุกอย่าง ที่สุดคือ Foie Gras ที่มาทั้งก้อน อันเท่ามือ ใครสายชอบของมันก็ต้องสั่ง Cod Cheek ด้วย @ La Cuchara de San Telmo, San Sebastian.

Pizza 🍕 place in BKK
Since 2025 there's a few new popular pizzeria in Bangkok that I have tried and want to share my personal opinions.
So here's my indicator (by NOT a pizza lover) :
- if the dough is nice, the crust will be eaten.
- the quality of the toppings

All these Pizzeria in this list are good and worth to mention, I only will rank my favourite from top to bottom.

1. Maru Maru : the whole crust was eaten(nothing left behind), not only because it is small and expensive, but also how flavourful and how they perfected the texture of the dough. It's crispy outside and the good amount of air bubbles inside with texture of sourdough like. Good quality toppings. Would go back often if only the price is not this high.

2. Across 100 : the definition of thin and crispy pizza. Good and aromatic quality cheeses. Strong flavourful toppings. I also ate all the crust of my pieces and still wanted to go to other pieces' crust!

3¤4. Wizzard Mo : I love how they use the local ingredients and make it better than it actually is, like the (somtum) tomato 🍅 that they fermented and bring out umami flavour that I have never experienced in this type of tomato. I not particularly eat the crust here.

3¤4. Da Michelle : this is the original pizza from Naples in Italy, where pizza has been created. And da Michelle is one of the most famous pizzeria there. I have been to Da Michelle in Naples itself once and also some of the original pizzeria in Naples a couple of time. The style of the pizza is "thin and soft(soggy)". I would say the branch in Bangkok does it better than the original one in Naples. To be honest I didn't like Da Michelle in Italy, but the one at Siam paragon they are more refined since it is more like a luxury here and it's a fast food with 100 people waiting in line over there. I had half of the crust. High quality toppings and tasty.

5. Fran's : they added pizza later in the menu. I actually don't remember much about it, so I guess that tell something, but love the food there in general (salty and fatty, yum). Never miss the burrata dish.

For 3,4,5 they are good quality pizza, but as a non pizza lover like myself, it might not be the place I would retu
