Din Tai Fung became internationally famous after its original Taipei restaurant was recognized by The New York Times as one of the world’s top restaurants in 1993.

Its famous xiao long bao are still carefully folded by hand—and somehow disappear much faster than they’re made. 😂

We once checked into an oceanfront pool villa in Koh Samui… with three tiny extra guests. 🐈🐈🐈

Back in 2022, our three newly adopted kittens came along for our family stay at Kimpton Kitalay Samui—and somehow, that’s what made an already beautiful holiday unforgettable.

We stayed in the One-Bedroom Oceanfront Pool Villa: 224 sqm of island indulgence, with a private pool, gorgeous living spaces, an open-air shower and Choeng Mon Beach just beyond.

Was my camera work cinematic? Absolutely not. 😂

But this is exactly what our stay looked like—and that’s why I’m sharing it.
