​ภูเก็ต, 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 — เที่ยวภูเก็ตย่านเมืองเก่ารอบนี้มีเรื่องให้ตื่นเต้น! เมื่อเวลา 16.00 น. ที่ผ่านมา เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานทะเบียนธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ สาขาภาคใต้ เขต 2 จับมือกับตำรวจท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดภูเก็ต แท็กทีมลงพื้นที่บริเวณถนน.​ดาวอังคาร หลังได้รับแจ้งเบาะแสจากพลเมืองดีว่า เจอ “เคาน์เตอร์ทัวร์ปริศนา” กำลังตั้งหน้าตั้งตาขายแพ็กเกจท่องเที่ยวอยู่ แต่เอ๊ะ... มองไปทางไหนก็ไม่เห็นป้ายชื่อสถานประกอบการ แถมใบอนุญาตก็ไม่มีให้เห็น จนคนนึกว่าเป็นทัวร์ลับเฉพาะกิจหรือเปล่า!?

​ไม่ได้เถื่อน... แค่เป็นคนขี้อาย!
​เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ไปถึงและเข้าตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียด ก็ต้องร้องอ๋อ... เพราะจริง ๆ แล้วคุณพี่เขาไม่ได้เถื่อนนะจ๊ะ! เขามีใบอนุญาตถูกต้องเป๊ะในชื่อ “ ###Xแอนด์ทราเวล” (ใบอนุญาตเลขที่ 33/1###X)
​แต่ปัญหามันอยู่ที่ว่า คุณพี่ดันเอาใบอนุญาตไปติดไว้ในมุมอับสายตา ชนิดที่ว่าถ้าไม่ตั้งใจตามหาจริง ๆ ก็คงมองไม่เห็น เล่นซ่อนแอบกับทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่และนักท่องเที่ยวแบบนี้ก็ว้าวุ่นกันทั้งย่านสิครับ!

​งานนี้เจ้าหน้าที่เลยจัดให้นำร่อง แจ้งข้อกล่าวหา “ไม่แสดงใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวไว้ในที่เปิดเผย” ซึ่งมีความผิดตามมาตรา 81 ประกอบมาตรา 23 แห่ง พ.ร.บ.ธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. 2551 มีโทษปรับไม่เกิน 2,000 บาท และทางสำนักงานฯ จะดำเนินการปรับพินัยตามขั้นตอนต่อไป พร้อมสั่งการให้รีบย้ายใบอนุญาตและป้ายชื่อร้านมาแปะไว้ในจุดที่เห็นเด่นเป็นสง่าด่วน ๆ
