What an adventure these last few years! Take each stone, turn it, turn it over and put it in place. Seal each beam, nail each board, screw in each light bulb, plant trees, cactus, flowers, and water it all daily, with willpower, awareness, discoveries, fun and Thai beers, sometimes.
This small project, initially a family home, has grown over the years and developed as we never would have hoped.
Already 10 years ago after visiting us, the curious Thai locals proposed our name: Baan Thamarchat “Natural Home”. I liked it right away. It perhaps brought luck too, I like to believe it.
And then there was you. Without whom this adventure would of course never have been so enriching, so fun, so delicious. Our guests, our clients, our friends, and those who have become friends along the way.
Luckily, we pleased you, attracted you and inspired you by our atmosphere and ideas.
You came and returned, satisfied and it was already unexpected. In recent years, more than a third of you will come back, sometimes up to 5 times!
You trust us with your vacation. And we, who neither Sea nor I came from the hotel industry, can only congratulate ourselves today.
For some it won't mean anything but for us it means the moon!
Thanks to your satisfaction and the need to share it, we are today listed as the highest rated Hotel, Villa, and Yoga studio in Ko Pha-ngan.

Quelle aventure ces dernières années ! Emmener chaque pierre, la tourner, la retourner et la mettre en place. Sceller chaque poutre, clouer chaque planche, visser chaque ampoule, planter les arbres, les cactus, les fleurs, et arroser tout cela quotidiennement, à coup de volonté, de conscience, de découvertes, d’amusement et de bières Thai, parfois.
Ce petit projet, d’abord d’habitation familiale, a grandi au fil des années, s’est développé comme nous ne l’aurions jamais espéré.
Il y a 10 ans déjà, après nous avoir visité, les locaux Thaïs de nature curieuse, avaient proposé notre nom : Baan Thamarchat « Maison naturelle ». Cela nous a plus directement, peut-être porté chance aussi, j’aime y croire.
Et puis il y a eu vous. Sans qui cette aventure n’aurait bien sur jamais pu être si enrichissante, si amusante, si délicieuse. Nos guests, nos clients, nos copains et ceux qui le sont devenus en chemin.
Par chance nous vous avons plu, attirés et inspirés par nos ambiances et idées.
Vous êtes venus puis revenus, satisfaits et c’était déjà cela inespéré. Ces dernières années, plus du tiers d’entre vous reviendra parfois jusqu’à 5 fois !
Vous nous faites confiance pour vos vacances. Et nous qui ne venions, ni Sea ni moi, du milieu hôtelier, ne pouvons aujourd’hui que nous en féliciter.
Pour certains cela ne voudra rien dire mais pour nous ça veut dire la lune !
Grâce votre satisfaction et le besoin de le partager, nous sommes aujourd’hui référencés comme Hôtel, Villa et Yoga les mieux notés à Ko Pha-ngan.
