If you are a complete novice or an experienced certified diver wanting to further your skill set, Koh Tao has a diving course for you.🤿

All visitors to Koh Tao can participate in a range of scuba diving activities that most Koh Tao dive centres offer, as long as you are medically fit to dive and old enough for that specific diving course.😍

Children (scuba for kids) as young as 8 years old are permitted to participate in exciting and rewarding experience programs.👌

Today, July 18th is PADI Women's Dive Day! 💥

Celebrated across the worlds diving community to address ties between diversity, inclusion, and environmentalism. 🌴

As part of the celebration of women in diving, groups have come together to perform beach and underwater cleanups, plant new coral nurseries and more. 🙌

We at Eco Koh Tao, along with Black Turtle Dive and the diving community, have united to encourage divers of all genders, ages, races, backgrounds, and abilities to become Ocean Explorers and Marine Protectors!👌

Aow Mao Bay is located on the east side of Koh Tao, approximately halfway along the coastline.🌴

It is still a popular place for hiking to and scuba divers visit the bay to explore the relatively shallow water in the bay itself.🏖️

To get to Aow Mao bay on foot, you need to follow the path that leads from Sairee to Laem Thian Bay. 🐾

This is a relatively straightforward hike, although it is mostly comprised of dirt tracks and can get steep in places.✔️
