Fitphoria Expedition 500 KM | 5 DAYS 🏆❤️

Even though the journey has come to an end and everyone has flown back home safely, the beautiful spirit and memories of the past 5 days remain truly alive in all of our hearts.
On behalf of Hands Experiences Thailand, we are sharing this video to wrap up the incredible moments, smiles, and dedication of all our riders and runners from the Anytime Fitness Fitphoria Expedition 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Every single kilometer from Hua Hin to Baan Than Nam Jai was more than just conquering a 500 km distance—together, you delivered love, hope, and the biggest smiles to the children. 🫂✨

Day 5: The Grand Finale – Reaching the Hearts at Baan Than Nam Jai

The moment everyone has been longing for has finally arrived in the most beautiful way! Day 5 was filled with pure joy, high energy, and deep emotion because today was the day our cyclists and runners finally got to meet "their children." Every single kilometer pedaled, every footstep taken, and every bit of sweat poured over the past few days was all for this destination. The entire route was driven by the smiles and heroic spirit of these incredible riders and runners. 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️❤️

On the way to our final stop, the team took a meaningful detour to an elephant conservation sanctuary. Everyone got to immerse themselves in caring for these gentle giants—preparing their food, giving them a mud spa, and bathing them. It was a wonderful, laughter-filled experience that added a special touch to our final day. 🐘💦
Just moments before crossing the ultimate finish line, everyone gathered to share their hearts. They reflected on the emotional and physical journey, recounted their favorite memories from the past 5 days, and shared a powerful, collective group hug that brought tears and smiles to everyone's faces. 🫂✨

And then, the magic happened! Our cyclists crushed their final 57 kilometers, while the running team successfully completed their 32-kilometer stretch, officially crossing the finish line into Baan Than Nam Jai. They were welcomed by the warmest, most heartwarming reception from the children and staff. The endless hugs, bright smiles, and joyful laughter of the kids instantly refueled everyone's hearts and made every single mile worth it. Thank you to our riders, runners, and supporters for bringing this beautiful mission home! 🇹🇭🇦🇺🏡

Back on the Road for Day 4! An Epic Adventure from Surat Thani to Khao Sok

After a well-deserved rest day, the team was back and fully charged for Day 4! We started the morning with crisp air and a light, refreshing tropical drizzle that kept everyone cool. The route took us on a scenic adventure through local communities, lush palm plantations, and rubber estates. 🌴🌧️🏡

Along the way, we visited the historic ‘Wat Tham Singkhon’, an ancient cave temple dating back to the late Ayutthaya period. The team got to explore the stunning limestone cave and see the sacred stucco Buddha images, immersing themselves in the local heritage. 🙏✨

The ultimate triumph of the day was conquering the climbs up to the breathtaking viewpoint of the ‘Cheow Lan Dam’ (Ratchaprapha Dam). Built as a multi-purpose dam nestled within the rainforest, its famous panoramic views of emerald waters and towering limestone cliffs left everyone completely awestruck—making every bit of the uphill struggle worth it! ⛰️🌊

It was a phenomenal and high-endurance day! Our cyclists crushed a massive 120 kilometers, while the running team pushed through an incredible 52 kilometers. Everyone arrived safely at our retreat tucked away deep inside the mountains of Khao Sok. Time to refuel and rest up for another exciting day tomorrow. Keep cheering for our amazing team! 🇹🇭🇦🇺✨

Day 3 Done! Celebrating a Stellar Leg Before Rest Day

Tonight is all about smiles, laughter, and high spirits as we wrap up the first official leg of our journey! The morning kicked off with our cyclists and runners tracking along peaceful coastal roads and local fishing villages, with a light tropical rain adding a fun, adventurous vibe to the route. 🌊🏡🌧️
And the team absolutely crushed it! Our cyclists pushed through a massive 129 kilometers, while the running team completed another solid 42-kilometer marathon, bringing this opening leg to a triumphant close.
To celebrate everyone's incredible grit and dedication over the past 3 days, tonight we threw a special dinner party! The evening was packed with delicious food and a lineup of exclusive local performances that kept everyone laughing and cheering. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge our spirits right before a well-deserved "Rest Day."
The team is officially ready to sleep in and recover. Thank you for all your support, and stay tuned as we return for Day 4 after our day of rest! 🇹🇭🇦🇺✨

Day 2 Complete! Pushing from Kui Buri to Wat Thang Sai (Baan Krood)

The second day of the journey kicked off with amazing energy! The route headed south from Kui Buri toward Baan Krood, cruising along scenic beachfronts, and passing through peaceful local communities and lush green plantations. 🌊🏡🌴
The ultimate highlight and biggest challenge of this leg was the steep climb up to ‘Wat Thang Sai’. It was a tough, sweat-breaking ascent that really tested the team's limits. But once at the top, capturing an incredible group photo right in front of the magnificent pagoda and taking in the breathtaking panoramic ocean views made every bit of the effort completely worth it! 📸✨
Another incredible milestone achieved! Our cyclists successfully crushed a massive 108 kilometers, while the running team smashed another full 42-kilometer marathon right into Baan Krood beach. Outstanding effort from everyone! Now it's time to unwind, recover, and relax at our beautiful beachfront stay, "Baan Krood Resort," before heading into Day 3. Day 1 Done & Dusted! From Hua Hin to Kui Buri

Our cyclists and runners were fully charged and ready to go this morning! Kilometer 1 kicked off in Hua Hin, cruising along scenic coastal roads with fresh sea breezes and beautiful mountain views. 🌊🏔️

To ensure total peace of mind, full-scale support was provided along the route. From front and rear es**rt vehicles and route guides at every turn, to mechanics, a supply truck, and a first-aid team—keeping everyone safe and moving smoothly.
A fun highlight was fueling up with local Thai snacks like Khao Tom Mad and Khanom Khai Tao, alongside fresh fruits and cold drinks at the rest stations. 🍌🥥

What an incredible start! Our cyclists crushed their 86km goal and the running team smashed a full 42km marathon all the way to Kui Buri. Everyone did an amazing job today. Now it's time to rest up and get ready for Day 2. Keep sending your support to the team! 🇹🇭🇦🇺✨

All Set & Fueled Up! Getting Ready for Day 1

As soon as everyone arrived in Hua Hin, the HET team jumped straight into action! We set up our bike fitting stations to precision-tune every ride, ensuring maximum safety and comfort for all riders throughout this 500km journey. 🛠️🚴‍♂️
After the bike prep, the riders and crew gathered for a quick route briefing, filled with smiles and shared excitement. We then wrapped up this perfect start with a delicious Welcome Dinner to fuel up and bond before heading to bed for a well-deserved rest.

Welcome to Thailand… The Journey of FITPHORIA EXPEDITION Begins!

A warmest welcome to the incredible riders from Anytime Fitness Australia! 🇹🇭🇦🇺 The energy and smiles at our Welcome Dinner in Hua Hin tonight are absolutely electric and ready for the road ahead.

This journey is far more than just a regular cycling trip. It is a 5-day, 500-kilometer charity cycling project from "Hua Hin to Khao Lak Takuapa" under the charity organization Hands Across the Water, with the Hands Experiences Thailand (HET) team proudly managing the tour and guiding them every step of the way. Together, we are riding to raise funds and deliver life-changing opportunities for children's homes in Thailand.
