С сегодняшнего дня во всей провинции Сурат Тхани запрет на совместное употребление алкоголя в группе от 2-х человек. Запрещается совместное употребление пищи при любых собраниях, кроме еды в индивидуальных упаковках. За нарушение до 2-х лет тюрьмы и/или до 40 тысяч бат штрафа.

Update on major new restrictions ... Now confirmed ...from May 4th Today ... All Surat Thani Province including Phangan, Tao, Samui.
Essentially extending group sizes and alcohol consumption limits into the home and private meetings ...following a number of covid infections and transmissions from such events.
Existing restrictions on alcohol consumption and social distancing measures still apply at restaurants etc as previously.
A. Prohibition of groups of 2 or more people. Join the party Drinking liquor or alcoholic beverages in your home, residence, or any other place
B. In organizing any activities or events, no catering or food participation is allowed. Unless it is a packaged food or a style that can be eaten alone or taken elsewhere.
Anyone who violates or fails to comply with this order An offense under Section 18 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situation, B.E. 2548 shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of not exceeding two years. Or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht, or both,
The order from the governor will effect the whole province.
