ผู้โดยสารที่ถือบัตรโดยสารในเที่ยวบินที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการยกเลิกเที่ยวบินและมีกำหนดการเดินทาง ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 - 15 ตุลาคม 2564 สามารถเลือกทำรายการ ดังนี้
1.เปลี่ยนแปลงวันเดินทางหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเส้นทางบิน (Change Date or Re-route) ต้องทำก่อนเที่ยวบินเดิมออกไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียมและไม่เสียส่วนต่าง
2.ขยายอายุบัตรโดยสารที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้เดินทาง (Open Ticket) ได้จนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2565 โดยท่านสามารถออกบัตรโดยสารใหม่โดยไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียม*** ซึ่งผู้โดยสารสามารถยื่นความประสงค์ผ่านเว็บไซต์ด้วยตนเองตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนการเดินทางที่ https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/refund สาเหตุที่ร้องขอ เลือก “Covid-19”
😷😷สำหรับผู้โดยสารที่ยังมีความกังวลต่อสถานการณ์โควิด-19 สามารถเลือกรับข้อเสนอ ดังนี้
1.เปลี่ยนแปลงวันเดินทางหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเส้นทางบิน (Change Date or Re-route) ต้องทำก่อนเที่ยวบินเดิมออกไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียมและชำระส่วนต่าง (หากมี)
2.ขยายอายุบัตรโดยสารที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้เดินทาง (Open Ticket) ได้จนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2565 โดยท่านสามารถออกบัตรโดยสารใหม่โดยไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียม*** ซึ่งผู้โดยสารสามารถยื่นความประสงค์ผ่านเว็บไซต์ด้วยตนเองตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนการเดินทางที่ https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/refund สาเหตุที่ร้องขอ เลือก “Covid-19”
หมายเหตุ
✅***ในกรณีที่บัตรโดยสารใหม่มีราคาสูงกว่า ผู้โดยสารจะต้องชำระค่าส่วนต่างของราคาบัตรโดยสาร (หากมี)
✅สำหรับท่านที่มีวงเงินเครดิต (EMD) อยู่แล้ว จะได้รับการขยายอายุวงเงินอัตโนมัติจนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2565 โดยไม่ต้องติดต่อสายการบินเพื่อทำรายการ

👉For passengers who have a ticket for travelling during Oct 1- 15, 2021 and have been affected by our flight cancellation, THAI Smile has provided the recovery policy as follows;
1. Flight date change or route change: a flight change must be requested at least 4 hours prior to your original departure time without change fees and fare difference.
2. Ticket validity extension for unused tickets (Open Ticket): Passengers can request to extend the ticket validity to December 31, 2022, for your future reservation without fees***. For the process, the request must be submitted via https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/Refund and select “COVID-19”.
😷😷For passengers who have concerns over the status quo of the pandemic, there are also alternatives as listed below;
1. Flight date change or route change: a flight change must be requested at least 4 hours prior to your original departure time without change fees but fare difference may be applicable.
2. Ticket validity extension for unused tickets (Open Ticket): Passengers can request to extend the ticket validity to December 31, 2022, for your future reservation without fees***. For our process, the request must be submitted via https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/Refund and select “COVID-19”.
Remarks:
✅***Passenger must be responsible for fare difference if it is applicable.
✅For those who have already been refunded in form of EMD, the validity will be automatically extended to December 31, 2022, and no further contact with the airline is required.
