واليوم، تعلّمنا اللي الحرف اليدوية موش كان وسيلة للإبداع، أمّا زادة فرصة باش نركّزوا، نخفّفوا من التوتّر ونعطيو رواحنا شوية وقت للهدوء والراحة. 🌿
