𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 is a leading Destination Management Company (DMC), based in Sousse, Port El Kantaoui, Tunisia. We work daily with international partners, tour operators and distribution platforms worldwide.
To support our growth, we are looking for a rigorous and detail-oriented DataLoader to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data across international platforms.
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
Reporting to management, you will be responsible for the accurate, complete and timely loading and updating of contracts and offers across international platforms and extranets.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Enter and update hotel contracts: rates, periods, room types, meal plans, allocations, cancellation policies and supplements.
• Upload and manage promotions and special offers.
• Check the consistency between signed contracts and published data, and correct discrepancies, anomalies and duplicates.
• Monitor updates, deadlines and rate expirations.
• Communicate in English with international platform partners.
• Maintain tracking files, databases and internal data-entry procedures.
• Report contractual inconsistencies and potential pricing risks.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
• Bachelor's degree / 2–3 years of higher education in IT, Development, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• Tourism or management profiles with strong IT skills are also welcome.
• Experience in data entry, back-office, contracting or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Motivated recent graduates are welcome.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• Very good English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills: sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables.
• Comfortable with extranets, back-office systems and web platforms.
• Understanding of structured data and database logic is an advantage.
• Good French.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and accuracy.
