Dietro un ingrediente che troviamo praticamente in ogni cucina c’è un mondo fatto di storia, tradizioni, saperi e culture.

E se provassimo a guardarlo con occhi nuovi?

“𝑹𝒊𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒍 𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒂 𝒕𝒂𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒂 𝒅𝒊 𝒅𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒊” sarà il tema del convegno che aprirà la seconda edizione di Gusto Med.

A Torre di Ligny, il 9 settembre, si incontreranno voci diverse: dalla cucina tunisina alla cultura gastronomica siciliana, passando per il rapporto tra alimentazione, salute e territorio.

Con noi ci saranno Mounir Arem e Lamia Temimi della Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Tunisie, Francesca Cerami, presidente IDIMED, Antonello Filippazzo, autore di Rosso Pesto, e il giornalista Piero Rotolo, che modererà l'incontro.
