This is KV9, The tomb of Ramesses V and VI. It is not included in the entrance ticket for the Valley of the Kings, it requires a separate ticket. However it is worth every pound and even more! The intricate work on the paitings and hieroglyphs is so beautiful, so detailed. So much of the original setup is preserved. And at the end you get to see the sarcophagus! Simply a magical experience, โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
The entrance ticket for the Valley of the Kings is 240 EGP and gives you access to choose 3 tombs from the list of open tombs. If you want to visit more than 3 tombs from that list, you have to pay extra. There are some open tombs that require an additional ticket:โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โ€ข The tomb of Ramesses V and VI - 100 EGP.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โ€ข The tomb of Seti the First - 1000 EGP.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โ€ข Tutankhamun - 300 EGP.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
