Flour, hands-on learning, and plenty of laughs! Our Irish guests rolled up their sleeves to discover the art of making traditional Tunisian mlawi, learning the techniques, secrets, and stories behind this beloved bread.🇹🇳
A special shout-out to , who quickly became one of the stars of the workshop! With the expert guidance of Moufida, he mastered the folding and shaping process so well that he couldn’t resist teasing his friends about how amazing his mlawi looked. 😄
From dough to deliciousness, this workshop was a wonderful celebration of Tunisian culinary heritage, shared through smiles, learning, and a little friendly competition!
Who do you think baked the best mlawi? 😉

A memorable moment sharing the story, flavors, and traditions behind our award-winning harissa with Supples from Ireland.

Through a hands-on workshop, we explored the ingredients, techniques, and cultural heritage that make Tunisian harissa so unique. He had the opportunity to prepare and taste the very harissa that was awarded **Second Prize at the World Food Gift Challenge**, held in Crete last month. capbon
More than a recipe, harissa is a symbol of our culinary identity, craftsmanship, and the rich heritage of Tunisia.

Thank you, Joe, for your enthusiasm and curiosity, and for helping us share this gastronomic treasure across borders.
