✨ So excited to share that I’m featured in MEDITERRANEA, Life-perfected recipes from grandmothers of the Mediterranean, the beautiful new book by ! After honoring my Sicilian roots through the Cap Bon’s candidacy for the World Region of Gastronomy 2028, I’m deeply proud to now pay tribute to my Algerian heritage on my father’s side.

In this heartfelt collection of Mediterranean grandmother recipes, I contributed the beloved ghareif—also known as baghrir, or the famous “crêpes with a thousand holes.” A recipe full of memory, tradition, and love.
