The ksar granaries of southern Tunisia once served as fortified storehouses for grains and goods, protecting communities from heat and raids. Their honeycomb-like architecture and earth-toned beauty still stand strong today. ✨

Thank you, Steve and Ellen, for these incredible words! 🙏 We're so glad your Algeria & Tunisia tour delivered the Roman North Africa experience you were hoping for.

"Our focus was on seeing the great (but under-visited) traces of Roman North Africa. Mosaic delivered as promised! Timgad was especially awesome in the extent of remaining structures — rivaled only by Pompei — which can't compete with the surviving mosaics in the related Algerian and Tunisian museums. The Mosaic staff — drivers and guides — were not only knowledgeable, but also know all the locals from site to site. As a couple of oldsters, we were looking for reasonable comfort, and the itinerary delivered. Highly recommend you hook up with Kevin."

Ksar Jouamaa may be temporarily closed to visitors, but its desert charm and unique architecture are unforgettable even from a distance. It's still worth the stop while exploring southern Tunisia 🏜️✨

Exploring Algiers from above with a view that says it all. 🌊

Our expert guide leads the way as our client takes in the stunning coastline of Algiers from one of the city’s most iconic vantage points.

Sunglasses on, not just for the sun but because even the skyline needed a bit of a filter today 😎

Every stop is more than a viewpoint it’s a story, shared through local insight and real connection to place.

This is how we travel.
