Myra Ancient City;
Myra is an ancient Lycian city located in the region where Kale ( Demre ) district of Antalya Province is located in today 's Turkey . Alacadağ was established on a fertile alluvial plain formed by the soil carried by the Demre Stream (Myros) between Akdağlar (Massikytos) and the Aegean Sea.
Most of the ruins of the city, which belongs to the Lycian and Roman periods, are under alluvial deposits. The acropolis on the mountain above the ancient theater has been largely destroyed. Hadrian's Gate
Impressive and dramatic in equal measure, Hadrian’s Gate is a fantastic monument that was built to honor the Roman Emperor Hadrian who visited Antalya in 130 AD. The triumphal arch is remarkably well preserved and still serves as one of the main entrance points to the historic Kaleici neighborhood.
The three arches are lined by pillars and the ceiling
within has some lovely carvings for you to gaze up at; two old towers perfectly frame Hadrian’s Gate on either side. While the old defensive walls still surround much of the city, Hadrian’s Gate is the only entrance gate that still remains.

Aspendos Theater
Aspendos' theater is one of the largest ever built by the Romans in Asia Minor, and today it is one of the best preserved examples of Roman theater architecture. Located in the lower town area of the site, the theater was built in the 2nd century AD during Marcus Aurelius' reign.
The mammoth seating plan could fit an audience of between 15,000 and 20,000. It has been thoroughly restored and is now used for music and drama festivals, including Turkey's famous annual Aspendos Opera Festival.

Manavgat Waterfalls

For a picnic spot away from the beach, you can't beat the Manavgat Waterfalls, about 13 kilometers northeast of Side.

The waterfalls sit upon the Manavgat River, which rises in the Seytan Mountain Range of the Ta**us Mountains.

Set amid a landscaped garden, the area is hugely popular with both local families and tourists on sunny weekends. Try to pick a weekday for a visit if you'd prefer the site to be less crowded.

Teleferik heading to Cleopatra Beach;
The most scenic way to reach the Alanya Castle area is by hopping on the cable car that connects Cleopatra Beach with the lower castle district of Ehmedek.

The cable-car operates between 11am and 9pm daily, and the trip over the cliff is great for capturing sunset coastal views, as well as a means of transport.

The 900-meter ride offers excellent views over the forested cliff face leading up to the castle, the yawning strip of Cleopatra Beach's sand and Mediterranean Sea below, as well as the dusky mountains in the distance.

Perge
Perge's vast and rubble-filled stadium, half-destroyed temples, and huge colonnaded agora are imbued with an atmosphere of past glory.
This was once the capital of ancient Pamphylia, which blossomed under first Greek and then Roman rule.
The ruins here, about 17 kilometers east of Antalya, are not as famous as others on Turkey's Mediterranean Coast and this also means they attract fewer crowds, leaving visitors able to explore the long colonnaded streets and half-collapsed temples in peace.
The Roman baths, Hellenistic Gate, and the Acropolis area with its sweeping views across the site, are all particularly interesting.
This is the easiest ancient city site to reach from Antalya for independent travelers, as Antalya's tram network now extends all the way out to Aksu, from where you can walk the last two kilometers to the site's entrance gate.
