Group Finance Director — Inventum Global
Antalya Head Office | Full-time | Reports to the Founding Partners
Now entering its 13th year, Inventum Global is an international MICE, destination weddings and events group, sourcing business from the USA, UK, Europe, CIS and India, and operating across Türkiye, Egypt, Northern Cyprus, Vietnam and Qatar.
Through strategic partnerships with the industry's leading organizations — and IMWF, the International MICE & Wedding Forum, now in its 10th edition — we are building an integrated platform across destinations, markets and business lines.
As we enter our next stage of growth, we are appointing a Group Finance Director. This is not a conventional reporting role; it is a financial leadership mandate — creating visibility, discipline, financing capacity and decision support across the group.
The Role
Reporting to the Founding Partners, you will lead group finance across all countries and entities. Initial priorities: full cash visibility, weekly decision reporting, standardized controls and a clear liquidity and financing roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• Multi-country planning, budgeting, consolidation and performance management
• Weekly decision reporting; 13-week cash-flow and 12-month liquidity forecasts
• Financing capacity via banking relationships, credit facilities and guarantees
• Liquidity, working capital and treasury return optimization
• Project profitability, commercial controls and post-project reviews
• Financial structures of partnerships and joint ventures
• Reporting, audit, tax, internal controls and financial governance
• Building the finance team, ERP, consolidation and reporting infrastructure
Who We Are Looking For
• 12+ years of finance experience, 5+ in senior leadership
• Proven multi-entity, multi-currency, international finance experience
• Strong cash flow, working capital, forecasting and reporting capability
• Track record of creating financing capacity and senior banking relationships — a treasury mindset that makes cash earn
• Advanced English; full-time Antalya availability, international travel readiness
• A proactive leader who identifies risks early and turns information into clear decisions
Tourism, hospitality, DMC, MICE or events experience is strongly preferred; candidates from similarly complex, project-based international businesses will also be considered. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, SMMM or equivalent is an advantage.
