Due to the now updated Turkish rental laws, only fully licensed & registered companies plus the actual property owner are legally allowed to advertise and rent holiday properties.

Reservations completed by a non licensed individual may not be honored by the legitimate property owner and you could turn up to a villa that is not available! ❌

We are always so happy when people choose to book with Labirent and are grateful for every single customer, but if you do decide to book with another company then please do be vigilant, ask to see copies of all licenses and their Tursab number. Also the specific rental permit for each individual villa/apartment.

Just a little reminder that every single villa we advertise has its own property rental and health & safety permit.

This is now a legal requirement for any nightly rental villa/apartment to have this in place & to be displayed. (Please check with all owners/rental companies before booking anything.)

We can provide a photograph of all permits anytime. 😊
