Designed to resemble a ship, overlooking the bay and town of Kalkan and only 150 yards from the beach, Villa Karsak Evi will not disappoint! Villa Karsak Evi is full of character with 2 en suite bedrooms and a spacious private sun terrace and swimming pool where you can relax and take advantage of the stunning views. Kalkan beach is only 5 minutes walk away, with a choice of shops and eateries to be found a few minutes further. The centre of Kalkan is within a 5 minute drive or you can catch the water taxi from the seafront. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and living area and WiFi are included.

Swimming pool and BBQ area

Outside, Villa Karsak Evi has a large pool terrace which gets plenty of sun throughout the day, with ample space to relax and admire the views. There is a table and chairs for alfresco dining where you can sit and enjoy a continental breakfast, tapas lunch or evening meal as you watch the sun set over the resort.

Living area

The living area is open plan with a feature fireplace, ample seating and a dining table and chairs by the fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the left as you enter is a shower room and stairs to the bedrooms on the first floor.

Ahead at the top of the stairs is the double bedroom and on the right is a twin bedroom. Each bedroom has an en suite shower room and patio doors onto a shared terrace which offers fantastic views over the bay and resort. Each bedroom also has an unusual porthole window with the intention of giving a nautical feel to the house.

Steps from the street lead past the pool terrace to the entrance which opens directly into the living area.

Also Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars on the beach front, near hotels bars can be used if you wished to use. Also next door sister villa is again available from me if you would like to travel as a 2 family or friends and stay next door Villa Oksana to each other .

Villa Eymen is located in village of İslamlar, offering an elegant accommodation to those wishing to experience breathtaking sea views of the Mediterranean sea with unique sunset panorama. The villa is equipped with all necessary households and has free access to internet.

It comprises of a living/dining area with an open plan kitchen which opens onto the pool terrace. There is a dining table and 4 chairs beside the kitchen area.
