This private luxury retreat, with bespoke furnishings inside and out, is only a short drive to excellent restaurants in picturesque Cisternino and Ostuni. One of the most outstanding trulli properties we have seen.

Set in private gardens, this magnificent, spacious property is a blend of traditional Puglian architecture complemented by bespoke pieces and modern facilities, much appreciated by those with a passion for architecture and interior design. The villa has a collection of unique piece, including Moroccan lamps, bespoke Balinese teak furniture and work by Italian, English and Indian artists.

Olive trees and sun loungers surround the generously sized pool which is designed to resemble the seashore, giving a unique touch to the countryside experience, while two covered terraces furnished for al fresco dining and with soft seating overlook the pool. Adjacent to this area guests will find a built-in barbecue and food preparation area. Inside, an open-plan seating and dining area includes a well-equipped kitchen with a contemporary fireplace in between.

Some bedrooms boast access to a private outdoor shower and garden. One of the twin bedroom has an access to two additional two single beds (or double bed) on a mezzanine level. Iconic towns such as Cisternino and Ostuni, with their excellent restaurants, are just a short drive from the charming Trulli Fiori.

This unique and well-thought out property is much appreciated for the impressive bespoke furniture and fittings, consistent standard throughout and generous size of the bedrooms and shower rooms, the very private setting, unique pool and the quiet surroundings.

I knew before I even visited, that this would become one of my favourite places.

Lesvos is an agricultural island first and tourism second, and often gets overlooked. It's a hidden gem 💎

I kind of hope it stays that way as that's part of the appeal for me and Molyvos was everything I'd hoped it would be and more.

Why visit?

In the historic hill town, there's no crowds or queuing, no need to be anywhere at a certain time.

Everywhere you look, is worthy of a picture.

Just strolling along the famous wisteria path, a stunning cobbled alleyway overhung by ancient, thick trunked wisteria vines. When in bloom (April/May) the twisting branches form a vibrant, natural purple floral canopy that shades the medieval village paths 💜

Authentic family run restaurants, cooking the best Greek food I've had, most overlooking the sea with the most beautiful sunsets 🌅

I think every shop had something I wanted to buy, I wish I'd had a bigger suitcase 🧿

This is definitely one place I will return to. Everything about Molyvos made me feel happy, I can't wait to return and already planning my next visit 💙

Anyone who knows me .. knows my previous post of having no plan doesn't really sit well 🤭

Curiosity has paid off, I'm now in Molyvos and I have the best bedroom door, in the most idyllic location and I really really don't want to come home now 🇬🇷💙
