Our Luleci apartment is located right in front of the Galata Tower and only a short distance from several public transport options. The contemporary interior is tastefully embedded into the historic features of the building, which offer with high ceilings and some exposed, red bricks.

A corner of the living room bay windows provides views of the Bosphorus and the Galata Tower. Furthermore, a stunning view can be enjoyed in full from the shared roof terrace. The cozy living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen via a large service hatch, which adds depth to living quarters.

Both bedrooms are in the back of the building, providing for quiet and well designed sleeping quarters. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed features a large and modern en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed which can easily converted into a double bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway, not far from the bedrooms.

Location

In Istanbul, apartments don’t get any more perfectly located than this. Walk 100m north and you’ll be at the southern end of the Istiklal Avenue- the popular, mile-long shopping and entertainment area. A walk along Istiklal will take you to the famous Taxim Square.

Walk 100m into the opposite direction, and you’ll reach the Golden Horn and Galata Bridge, where you can catch the tram to the historic district of Sultanahmet. There you’ll find the Blue Mosque, Topkapi, and Hagia Sofia.

Karaköy, which offers loads of trendy shops, restaurants and cafés in a bohemian setting, is also just a 5 minute walk away.

This flat has recently been completely renovated. Painstaking care was put into restoring all the original wooden features, like the doors and walls. The living room, with its large L-shaped sofa, combined with the large dining area, provide plenty of room to hang out and relax. And both bedrooms feature large double beds with visco-spring mattresses, so you’ll sleep like a baby. A fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen, and a bathroom, with a large glass shower stall and original design features, round out this quiet, calm oasis. And it’s all just steps from epicenter of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in all of Istanbul.

This spectacular apartment is located in a historic building, on a quiet, pedestrian-only, residential street. Trendy restaurants, cafés and shops are everywhere you turn. Just one of the reasons this neighborhood is coveted by international expats and wealthy locals alike. The Galata Tower is just a short walk away. Istiklal Street is only a three minute walk. The Istanbul Metro Station, Sishane, is just 70 m away and the tram that transports you to the Old Town is only a 3 minute walk away, all downhill. And after a day of sightseeing, the underground cable car will take you back up and drop you just 70 m from your door. This flat is located directly in front of the Galata Tower, which is right at the center of it all. You’ll have an unobstructed view of the tower from not just one, but multiple rooms. You’ll see it from the living room, which is furnished with various designer chairs and a large sofa. You’ll also have a view from one of the three bedrooms. (You might want to claim that room right now.). As for the other two bedrooms, one is furnished with a king size bed and the other has two bunk beds. Of the two bathrooms, one features a large marble shower/bathtub and the other, a shower stall. The kitchen combines high-end stainless steel appliances with wooden floors and cabinets for a modern, yet warm feel. It’s the ideal apartment and the ideal location from which to enjoy all Istanbul has to offer.

In Istanbul, apartments don’t get any more ideally located than this. This two bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a historic building, located on one of the most desirable streets in all of Galata. The original, refinished wood floors, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and Turkish tiles, give this flat an authentic, old world feel. The spacious sitting area, hallway, dining area, and open plan kitchen, all make it the perfect place to hang out and relax. Turkish tiles, original wooden floors, doors and windows, high ceilings, and many other original, authentic details were lovingly preserved. The living room’s large corner, rattan sofa, classic chairs and colorful stools provide plenty of places to relax and unwind. The kitchen is filled with modern appliances, as well as a rustic dining room table, with room enough for five. As for the bedrooms, one is furnished with a king size bed and the other, with two single beds (which can be pushed together to create an extra-large king sized bed). Both rooms face the rear of the building, ensuring a quiet night’s sleep.

Locations don’t get any more impressive than this. This spectacular apartment is in a historic building, on the world famous Serdar-I Ekrem Street, within 50 m of the Galata Tower.
