Full Speed Ahead with HAREKET 🛥️

The Serenissima II — a giant yacht measuring 47 meters in length and weighing 460 tons — was safely transported from the production hangar to the shipyard area using a 20-axle SPMT. Before setting off on its long-range voyages, the yacht was carefully lowered into the floating dock for launch into the sea.

We are on site to ensure that each project is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently as its specific conditions require.

The installation of the eSAIL system, which is 22 meters long and weighs 55 tons, was successfully carried out. During the operation, the internal transport of the equipment on site was performed safely using a 20-axle side-by-side SPMT. For the installation of the equipment onto the vessel, a 750-ton capacity Liebherr LTM 1750 mobile crane was used, operating in TYVEN configuration with a 49.1 m main boom and a 42 m luffing jib. A 250-ton capacity SANY SAC2500E mobile crane was also used as an auxiliary crane for the operation.

22 metre uzunluğunda ve 55 ton ağırlığındaki eSAIL sisteminin montajı başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirildi.

Operasyon sırasında ekipmanların saha içi taşımaları 20aks side by side SPMT ile güvenli bir şekilde yapıldı. Ekipmanların gemi üzerine montajında 750 ton kapasiteli Liebherr LTM 1750 mobil vinç kullanılarak, vinç 49,1 m ana bom ve 42 m luffing bomdan oluşan TYVEN konfigürasyonu ile görev yapmıştır. Operasyona yardımcı vinç olarak ise 250 ton kapasiteli SANY SAC2500E mobil vinç destek vermiştir.

⚡Powerful Moves for Nuclear Energy Sector.

Two massive high pressure vessels, weighing 150 tons and 180 tons respectively and taking approximately 2.5 years to manufacture for the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant, were safely transported to the assembly site after being unloaded from the vessel. Thanks to HAREKET’s safety-first operational planning and on-site integration capabilities, these sensitive loads were successfully delivered simultaneously using 12-axle Goldhofer and 12-axle Scheuerle SPMT trailers.

⚡Nükleer Enerji Sektörü İçin Güçlü Hamleler.

Akkuyu Nükleer Güç Santrali’ne ait, üretimi yaklaşık 2,5 yıl süren 150 ton ve 180 ton ağırlığındaki iki adet devasa yüksek basınç tankı, gemiden tahliye edildikten sonra montaj sahasına güvenli bir şekilde taşındı. HAREKET’in güvenlik öncelikli operasyon planlamaları ve saha içi entegrasyon kabiliyeti sayesinde bu hassas yükler, 12 akslı Goldhofer ve 12 akslı Scheuerle SPMT dorselerle eş zamanlı olarak başarılı bir şekilde teslim edildi.

🏆 at the ESTA Awards of Excellence!

Our third project to be selected as a finalist at the ESTA Awards of Excellence was the transport operation we carried out for ENKA's 850 MW Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), in the SPMT / SPT category.

Extremely heavy equipment, such as a 449-ton stator, was safely transported with SPMTs along a challenging 210-kilometer route that included highways, urban roads, and narrow village paths. The operation was meticulously planned with detailed route surveys, path modifications, alternative route designs, and bridge solutions. With 3D safety-focused modeling and minimal road modifications, the project stands as a testament to our expertise in project logistics and high operational capability.

🏆 ESTA Awards of Excellence’da

ESTA Mükemmellik Ödülleri’nde finalist olarak yer aldığımız üçüncü projemiz, SPMT / SPT kategorisinde, 850 MW kapasiteli ENKA Doğalgaz Kombine Çevrim Santrali (CCPP) için gerçekleştirdiğimiz taşıma operasyonu oldu.

449 tonluk bir stator gibi son derece ağır ekipmanlar, 210 kilometrelik zorlu güzergahta otoyollar, şehir içi yollar ve dar köy yolları geçilerek SPMT’lerle güvenli bir şekilde taşındı. Operasyon; detaylı yol etütleri, güzergâh düzenlemeleri, alternatif yollar ve köprü çözümleriyle titizlikle planlandı. 3 boyutlu güvenlik odaklı modelleme ve minimum yol modifikasyonu ile proje taşımacılığı ve yüksek operasyonel yetkinliğinin bir göstergesidir.

🏆 At the ESTA Europe Awards of Excellence 2025,

Our second project to be selected as a finalist at the ESTA Awards of Excellence is in the Telescopic Cranes Lifting Capacity > 120 t category. It features the triple lifting operation we carried out for the atmospheric column line at the SOCAR Star Refinery.

As part of the replacement of a 56-meter-long, 25-ton line, we successfully executed a triple lift operation in an extremely confined area. This highly technical operation, meticulously planned with advanced simulations and top-level safety measures, ensured maximum precision and efficiency — all completed with minimal downtime.

ESTA Mükemmellik Ödülleri’nde finalist olarak yer aldığımız ikinci projemiz Telescopic Cranes Lifting Capacity > 120 t kategorisinde, SOCAR Star Rafinerisi’nde gerçekleştirdiğimiz atmosfer kolonu hattındaki üçlü kaldırma operasyonu oldu.

56 metre uzunluğunda ve 25 ton ağırlığındaki hattın yenilenmesi kapsamında, son derece dar bir alanda üçlü kaldırma operasyonunu başarıyla gerçekleştirdik. İleri düzey simülasyonlar ve üst düzey güvenlik önlemleriyle planladığımız bu teknik operasyon sayesinde, maksimum hassasiyet ve verimlilik sağladık; süreci minimum duruş süresiyle tamamladık.

🏆 At the ESTA Awards of Excellence 2025,

We are proud to be finalists in three categories at the ESTA Awards of Excellence, the "Oscars" of the heavy lift and project transportation industry, taking place on April 10th in Munich.

In the Combined Techniques category, we reached the finals with our project at the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant, where our engineering intelligence and exceptional operational strength in the field stood out.

As part of this project, a 12-meter-long, 462-ton Turbo Generator Stator belonging to the first power unit of the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant was successfully transported from a temporary storage area to the reactor building using a 24-Axle SPMT. Custom-designed beams and columns — developed and produced based on calculations by HAREKET’s engineering team — were used specifically for this operation.

The equipment was first lifted to a height of 18 meters using a Strand Jack system, then carried out a 25-meter horizontal movement over walkways anchored at 18 meters in height, and was safely delivered onto the main foundation.

Bu yıl 10 Nisan’da Münih’te düzenlenecek olan ve sektörün “Oscarı” olarak anılan ESTA Mükemmellik Ödülleri'nde 3 ayrı kategoride finalist olmanın gururunu yaşıyoruz.

Combined Tecqunies kategorisinde finale, mühendislik zekamız ve sahadaki benzersiz operasyonel gücümüzle Akkuyu Nükleer Güç Santralinde gerçekleştirdiğimiz projemizle ulaştık.

Akkuyu Nükleer Güç Santrali’nin birinci güç ünitesine ait 12 metre boyunda ve 462 ton ağırlığındaki Turbo Jenaratör Statoru geçici depo sahasından 24 Aks SPMT ile reaktör binasına başarıyla taşındı. Bu projeye özel, HAREKET’in mühendis ekibinin hesaplamaları ile yapılmış özel tasarım ve üretim kirişler ve kolonlar yapıldı.

Yerine yerleştirilecek ekipman öncelikle Strand Jack sistemi ile 18 metre yüksekliğe çıkarıldıktan sonra 18 metre yükseklikte zemine sabitlenen yürüme rayları üzerinden 25 metrelik yatay yürüyüşü gerçekleştirilerek ana temeli üzerine sorunsuz şekilde teslim edildi.
