Our property has a charming walled terraced area with a private pool, sun terrace and al fresco dining area with BBQ. The Villa has the character of a perfect boutique villa ideal for a people who want to chill out. You can reach Kalkan’s charming Old Town on foot in 10 and the beach in another 5 minutes. Our Villa Caretta is a beautiful, well-kept and stylishly furnished villa. The villa offers a

spacious living area with an open kitchen and dining area and 3 bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and access to large balconies. The 3rd bedroom has access to a toilet with sink and the roof terrace. From there is a panoramic view over kalkan bay, and the high mountains that you can enjoy over your sun-downers. As the terrace and garden area is built over several levels, the outside space may not be suitable for small children. We recommend ages 12+.
