MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

In recent years we have arranged our own teams to work on the maintenance of the villas and apartments originally built by ourselves. We also work for other villa owners who have come to us via personal recommendation from our customers.
We prefer to do this as a complete package to include car hire, airport transfers etc for guests and villa owners. They then only have to deal with one company. We also like to welcome guests at the very beginning of their stay so that they know who to contact should any problems arise thus enabling them to have a wonderful holiday.
The package to the villas owners includes the following. * Weekly cleaning for the whole property and changing linens etc. * Leaving a hamper bag which has tea, coffee, bread, water, milk, biscuits etc before the arrival. * Visiting the guests during their stay to ensure all is we * Daily pool cleaning * Daily gardening * To deal with all the repairing works like plumbing and electric etc. * Furnishing properties and helping the owners about buying furniture. * Property checking regularly during the winter. * Baby sitting if required * Catering service if required

The villa is definitely a relaxation destination. Private, luxurious and spacious living, whether indoor or outdoor. Inside is an open plan living area comprising of a dining area, comfy seating area with traditional hand-made iron sofas and chairs and an open fire centre piece. Additionally, there is a large roof terrace with seating from which to admire the spectacular views of the lush green rural valley and Patara beach in the distance. Outside is the magnificent pool terrace, all on one level, with infinity pool and whirlpool bath (for the sole use of villa guests), together with sun loungers, parasols hammocks, bean bags and other seating. Additionally, there is a wooden, pergola type, shaded outside area comprising bar, BBQ and dining area together with a traditional, slightly raised, cushioned seating area known locally as a Kosh (kirsch). Take a few steps down to the garden terrace and on down to the purpose built games room. All together there are 5 bedrooms with all luxurious ensuit bathrooms.

TLOSS AND SAKLIKENT TOURS

Half day history, half day sightseeing. Walking around the lycian rock tombs, listening the history of them and imagining the legends of Lycia, like the flying horse pegassus. Nice lunch at Yakapark where you can touch and tickle the trout, feel the cold spring water swimming pool. Then driving down to Saklikent gorge and on the way, a visit to Traditional Carpet factory where they actually view the most beautiful carpets. Walking in the gorge is a good fun and if that is not enough, we have enough time for tube rafting which will make you as happy as a child
