Our 5* guest rated self-catering apartment is located near the centre of Kalkan and is within a short stroll of day-to-day amenities like supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars, and appeal to both couples and families. 'Mavi Inci', Turkish for 'Blue Pearl', is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor air-conditioned apartment located a mere 10 minutes walk from Kalkan's charming Old Town and harbour. As one of the highly sought-after Emir Apartments, 'Mavi Inci' guests have the use of two really good sized swimming pools, with the larger main pool, also having a children's paddling area. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols and also several communal areas to sit and enjoy a glass of something cold whilst savouring the breathtaking views of the town, harbour and islands!
'Mavi Inci' offers two bedrooms - one with king size bed and the other with twin beds, which can also be configured as a superking. There is a good sized open plan kitchen/living area with sofa and chairs, TV with Firestick and DVD playback, BlueTooth speaker, books, games etc. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bedrooms and living area each have an air conditioning unit. Outside our gated private terrace gives peace of mind if you have little ones to keep an eye on. There's a lovely sofa outdoor seating area and dining furniture for those al fresco meals. The apartment will adequately accommodate 4 people. Staying on the Emir complex also gives you peace of mind as there are 24 hour on site, English and Turkish speaking managers and security staff.
