Ireland’s Critical Skills Employment Permit (CSEP) is one of the main pathways for highly-skilled non-EU nationals to live and work in Ireland long-term. It is designed to attract workers with skills that are in strong demand in the Irish economy. Who Is Eligible? Have a job on the Critical Skills Occupations List • ICT professionals (software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity, etc.) • Engineers • Health professionals • Scientists • Business/financial analysts • Certain managerial roles Application Process - Employer will submit the permit via the Employment Permits Online System (EPOS) - If approved, you get a grant letter, and the permit is issued to the employer before it then sent to the employee. - Apply for an Irish Entry Visa using the issued permit under a D-visa to enter Ireland. - When you finally arrive in Ireland, you will have to register with immigration • Visit your local Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB) office. • Receive an IRP (Irish Residence Permit). The Permit validity: 2 years One of the biggest advantages of CSEP is the clear path to long-term residency: After 2 years: You can apply for a Stamp 4 (renewable residence permission), which allows you to: • Work in Ireland without an employment permit • Change employers freely • Start a business - After 5 years in total: You wil be eligible for long-term residency or eventually citizenship through naturalisation (usually after 5 years of residence). Your Family Members Join You. Your spouse/partner & dependent children can join you in Ireland under the CSEP. Your spouse/partner will receive a Stamp 1G, allowing them to work full-time without needing a work permit. This is a major benefit compared to other Irish work permits. Looking to teach in the UK 🇬🇧 with visa sponsorship?

Tonight I will expose you to a reliable place where you will have your dreams fulfilled. You will see most of the schools currently recruiting (as of January 5, 2026) — apply now!

Your teaching skills will finally turn into a British reality 🇬🇧✨

1️⃣ Make sure the salary meets the UK Skilled Worker visa threshold or the regional teacher minimum earning rate per year.

2️⃣ Having a teaching qualification helps, but don’t worry if you don’t have QTS yet — this can be obtained later.

3️⃣ Clearly state in your cover letter that you require visa sponsorship so schools are aware from the start.

📝 How to Apply

1. The website to apply is in the Comment section.
2. Visit the school’s official website.
3. Navigate to the Careers or Vacancies section.
4. Review open roles and follow the application instructions carefully.
