Join Mr. Barry Ramdass β Independent Tour Leader and Naturalist for a one-day Introduction to Birdwatching Course designed for beginners who want to explore a growing hobby that can turn into a lifelong passion.
Birdwatching is one of the fastest-growing nature hobbies in the world and inspires thousands of wildlife travellers to explore nature across the globe π
This program offers a fun and educational introduction to birdwatching with:

60% Field Training (learning in nature)

40% Theory (bird behaviour, observation skills, and ethics)
Participants will learn:
β’ How to observe birds in their natural habitat
β’ Basic bird identification skills
β’ Bird behaviour and field observation techniques
β’ The basics of becoming a wildlife traveller and nature enthusiast
πΏ Small Group Experience
Wildlife watching works best in small groups. Each trip will have 8β10 participants maximum, allowing better opportunities to observe birds in their natural habitat.
Birdwatching is about patience, quiet observation, and respect for nature.

(If Saturday fills up, participants may be placed on Sunday.)
β° Tour Duration: 8β10 hours
π Meeting Time: 6:45 AM
π Meeting Point: Trincity Mall Car Park (facing west)
π° Cost: $250 TTD per person
Includes:
β’ Field training
β’ Transportation by mini bus
β’ Light refreshments
β’ Lunch
β οΈ Minimum participants required: 8 persons
β οΈ Maximum: 10 persons per tour
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may still run but at a slightly higher cost.
π Equipment:
Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars, as they are a great investment for birdwatching.
You may also bring a camera if you enjoy wildlife photography.
β οΈ Please note: We do not supply binoculars or cameras.
π Dress Code:
β’ Long pants recommended
β’ T-shirt (long sleeve optional)
β’ Hat if possible
β’ Closed footwear (sneakers are fine)

β’ A quiet and observant attitude for wildlife
