MARAKAI VILLAS MAYARO is located in Rabita Avenue, MAYARO. We are a beachfront property. Landmark is where Pizza Palour is on the Manzanilla Main road, the street next to it.
MARAKAI VILLAS MAYARO is made up of:-
🔹 A 4 bedroom apartment upstairs (sleeps 10-12). Has 3 toilets and baths.
🔹A 4 bedroom apartment downstairs (sleeps 10-12). Has 3 toilets and baths.
🔹A 2 bedroom apartment downstairs (sleeps 2- 6). Has 2 toilet and bath.
THE APARTMENTS CAN BE RENTED INDIVIDUALLY OR THE ENTIRE VILLA (10 bedrooms) CAN BE RENTED (30 persons maximum).
‼️‼️ABSOLUTELY NO VISITORS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR DISCUSSION WITH MANAGEMENT‼️‼️

$2000 - 2 to 6 persons ($1000 per night) (off peak only)
$2500 - 2 to 6 persons ($1250 per night) (peak time)
🔺ENTIRE HOUSE:-
$10,000 - 30 persons ($5000 per night) (off peak only)
$12,500 - 30 persons ($6250 per night) (peak periods)

Each apartment is equipped with air conditioned bedrooms, fully updated kitchen with all appliances and utensils provided, direct tv, wifi, ceiling fans, hot/cold water, BBQ pit.
There is also 24hr pool access, located beach front, secured parking, high fences, security cameras and our caretaker who lives on the compound.
THERE IS A 15FT X 30FT SWIMMING POOL RANGING FROM 3FT TO 5FT DEEP which is shared.
🔺ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD MUSIC ON COMPOUND🔺
🔴NO LINENS, GARBAGE BAGS, COALS, TOWELS AND TOILETRIES ARE PROVIDED.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends.
CHECK IN TIME 4pm FRIDAY
CHECK OUT TIME 4pm SUNDAY or thereafter.
Check in and check out time can be flexible depending on dates chosen and if there is any upcoming booking.
🔴A security deposit of one night's stay is required for any incidentals which will be refunded within two (2) days after check out.

🔺BOOKINGS WILL ONLY BE DONE FOR PERSONS 21years and over.
Reservations are ONLY confirmed when a down payment is made.
🔺A 1/2 (non-refundable) down payment is required to reserve dates.
🔺 ONCE BOOKING IS BEING DONE WITHIN 2 weeks of date interested in, FULL RENTAL COST has to be paid.
🔺PLEASE NOTE that it’s a FIRST PAY FIRST RESERVE SYSTEM (whoever pays for the dates first gets the dates).
