Alckemist Alert | Meet Ian Rooks, local chef and food artisan at Flavours World Ltd. Specialty Sauces, where he uses local ingredients like limes, tomatoes, peppers and chadon beni together with Italian, Indian and local influences to craft unique spicy, tangy, sweet and sour sauces and chutneys.

They are delicious as spreads or as seasonings in cooking.

We love Ian's jovial spirit and cheerfulness.
