We are pleased to confirm that all services have been fully restored following yesterday’s disruption, with the issue resolved by 7:45 p.m.
We appreciate the unwavering efforts of our Networks and IT team in resolving the issue and thank our customers for their patience and understanding throughout the process.

UPDATE:

We are pleased to advise that mobile-to-mobile service between bmobile and Digicel have been fully restored. Our team continues to work diligently on restoring the other affected services. Thank you for your continued patience.

NOTICE:

Our Networks and IT team is working to resolve the current technical issue affecting some of our voice service including calls between bmobile and Digicel, some of our fixed telephone services and calls to 824 - TSTT and *100.

We are fully committed to restoring services and normalizing calls as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank all customers for their patience and understanding as repairs progress.
