From May 1, passengers using the Inter-Island Ferry Service will notice a few simple adjustments to check-in and boarding procedures.

Boarding passes will be scanned before entry to the secured departure lounge and again before boarding the vessel.

Customer service representatives will be available throughout both terminals to assist passengers.

These adjustments are designed to support smoother passenger processing and boarding flow.
