Despite her condition, and even having an attack during the hike, Amanda never gave up and completed the whole trail. Her positivity, perseverance, and attitude was an inspiration for us.

Snow Mountain: the second highest mountain in Taiwan. At 3,886m, the hike up to the peak boasts amazing views and varied terrain for a memorable adventure.

From conquering a steep rocky section aptly named the "Crying Slope", or hiking through a forest 3,200m above sea level, to scrambling up 1km of skree when reaching the top, the journey to the main peak is as unforgettable as the views from the top.
And if you are lucky enough to have perfect weather (like our guide here), you'll enjoy 360 views of mountain vistas and rolling sea of clouds.

Dear Friends,

Thank you for your concern for our team. Aside from minor property damage, we are safe and sound.

Although this has been a devastating event, the sincere effort of the rescuers, international aid offered, and support from the community has been comforting.

A big shoutout to the rescue team that has been working tirelessly; Hualien is grateful for all your hard work!

With a little time, Hualien will recover and welcome everyone again to explore all the beauty this county has to offer.
