現場一堆大E人類聊到停不下來，第一次見面也直接變繩伴啦!

這次帶大家前往大尖山瀑布群，體驗真正的溪谷冒險。
沿著溪流前進、穿越濕滑地形，並透過繩索技術一段段下降瀑布。
這不只是玩水，更是一場結合探索、技巧與信任感的戶外體驗。

不需要有溪降經驗，但會需要：
✔ 不怕高
✔ 基本體能
✔ 願意挑戰自己
✔ 想走進平常到不了的溪谷風景

在專業嚮導帶領下，我們會一步一步帶你學習裝備使用、下降技巧與溪谷中的安全觀念。
比起「刺激」，我們更希望你能在過程中獲得對戶外環境的理解與自信。

Every time we finish an activity, someone asks:
“When are you finally doing a canyoning trip?”

Well… here it is.

This time, we’re heading into the Dajianshan waterfall area for a real canyoning adventure — moving through rivers, navigating wet terrain, and descending waterfalls with rope systems.

This isn’t just about adrenaline or “extreme sports.”
It’s about learning movement, building confidence, and experiencing a completely different side of the outdoors.

No previous canyoning experience is required, but you should:
✔ Be comfortable with heights
✔ Have basic physical fitness
✔ Be ready to challenge yourself
✔ Want to explore places most people never reach

Under the guidance of our professional guides, you’ll learn basic canyoning techniques, equipment use, and safety awareness step by step in a supportive environment.

【烏岩角｜從海出發的山旅】

你有沒有想過，一天可以同時

烏岩角，位於宜蘭東澳海岸，
也是中央山脈真正與海相遇的起點。

我們不是從海邊開始，
而是從公路出發。
一路下切，
穿過山徑，下降到海平面。

當你走出林間的那一刻
眼前會突然打開——

壯闊的烏岩角，就在你面前。

接著開始涉水前進，
沿著海岸線移動、貼著岩壁攀爬，

Expectation vs. Reality... It looks so easy until you’re the one on the floor!

This is the Shoe Spin Challenge. It might look like a silly party trick, but it’s actually a brutal test of:
✅ Core Control: Keeping your lower body steady while rotating.
✅ Hip Mobility: Essential for those high steps on the wall.
✅ Focus: One wrong move and the shoe is gone!

It took me a few fails, but I finally nailed the 360° spin.
Can you pull this off? Tag your climbing partner and challenge them!

理想很豐滿，現實很骨感... 沒躺下來轉過，還真不知道這有多難！

這就是攀岩圈很紅的「鞋底轉圈挑戰」。這不只是個有趣的小把戲，它其實考驗了攀岩者最重要的幾項素質：

【2026.04.11 Longdong Climbing Day 】

上週六的龍洞攀岩體驗圓滿落幕啦！

前幾個月因為天氣不穩，好幾團都取消或延期，真的很抱歉~
這次終於久違地熱熱鬧鬧，超多人一起出團！

而且幾乎所有人都是第一次接觸戶外攀岩，很開心能陪大家完成這個第一次✨

希望大家都有玩得開心 ^^
也感謝龍洞給了我們一個晴朗又舒服的好天氣 !

Last Saturday’s Longdong Climbing Experience was a success!

After months of bad weather and several trips being canceled or postponed — we’re really sorry about that — it finally felt amazing to have such a big, lively group again!

Since most of you were completely new to outdoor climbing, we’re truly honored to be part of your very first experience on real rock.

We hope you all had a great time ^^
