We kicked off our Saturday bright and early at the Organic Farmers' Market—chatting with local farmers and bringing home bags full of fresh veggies and fruits 🥭🍍🍌🍉🥬🥒🥔! Then off we went to Wufeng’s Wufu Community to see the nesting platforms of the beautiful Black-shouldered Kite. (Those red eyes are just too cute!)
After a hearty lunch, we visited the Mushroom Industry Museum🍄‍🟫 at Wufeng Farmers' Association and got a close-up look at the fascinating life cycle of fungi and all kinds of mushroom-based products.
It was truly an eye-opening day!
Tomorrow, we’re off to Huisun Forest Station—get excited!

We took a trip to a tea plantation in Nantou today and even got to try bubble milk tea🧋—everyone’s new favorite! Had ZhuShan’s famous roasted chicken for lunch (so yummy!), made our own tea-scented soap 🧼(smells amazing!), and end up visiting SunnyHills for the iconic pineapple cakes.🍍

This morning we had a relaxing horticultural therapy session 🪴— big thanks to James for being our muscle man!💪💪💪
We also dropped by the Food Science Week exhibition, then headed to the Department of Animal Science in the afternoon to make pineapple ice cream🍍🍍🍦!
