Fan Sheng Banquet(帆盛宴) in Xin Mei Street(新美街)！Part 2 ！
After Part 1, Dumpling Studio and Hasunmei have created more recipes and flavors with many materials. This time, we will use the form of “Roadside banquet”, a traditional Taiwanese-style dining, to bring you an authentic experience of Taiwan’s food culture.
About Fan Sheng Banquet
Because of the long history of Xin Mei Street, the Fan Sheng Banquet is not only just a meal, but a cultural-exchange occasion. During the time of enjoying the special meal, we will invite a secret local to share stories and history in Xin Mei Street, hoping that you can have a wonderful memories with both amazing food and cultural experience.

1. Teddy Chang(張子陶), learning culinary skills from his famous cooker grandfather.
2. Chang hsiu xin(張秀杏), a professor in the department of food and beverage in Kang Ning University and also a boss lady of Jin Xiang Fa(錦祥發) grocery store which is passed down to a third generation.

帆寮歷史悠久，有許多身懷絕技職人與店家至今仍生活與此，代代相傳，以自家深厚的傳統為榮。街區中也有許多的居民，了解許多此地的故事與歷史，樂於與人分享。
我們將邀請開設於此已經傳承三代的錦祥發雜貨店老闆娘，同時也是康寧大學餐飲科系教授的張秀杏阿姨，與台南手工水餃工作室，熱愛廚藝的張子陶同學聯手帶來專屬於帆寮的料理，招待來台南的旅人，一同在錦祥發用餐。
晚餐期間，我們將會邀請一位街區中身懷絕技與故事的神秘貴賓，與旅人們一同用餐，分享最在地的故事與歷史，期望能使旅人得到獨一無二的旅遊體驗，並在聊天的過程中，推廣街區深厚的文化。
