【Kinmen Ci lake】
It is getting cool in Taiwan. Autumn has arrived! In the following, the color of tree will turns to yellow, brown and red.
It is a red miscanthus field located in one surrounding island of Taiwan - Kinmen.
There are lots of interesting historical story and culture in Kinmen due to its strategic location.
You cannot miss here if you are hostory lover.

We went to Dubai and Spain last month but we are back now. More Taiwan beautiful story will be shared right away.

Overlook 【Gui Shen Island (Turtle Island)】from Eagle Peak Rock is not enough. Do you want to get close to Turtle Island?
You can choice a boat trip. The captain will explain the special geomorphology of Turtle island. For example, there is one seabed hot spring near Turtle island.
You can also land the island and enjoy a small hiking trail but it need to apply register in advance.

Why is it called "Turtle Island"? Let me show you more pictures next time.

Looks so scary.....sitting or standing on Eagle Peak Rock. Here is a perfect view to overlook "Gui Shen Island" (Turtle Island)

Van Gogh's painting "Starry night" is landing on a hillside.
Hardly to identify this installation art is made by thousands of recycled PET bottles if you do not look at them closely. And the most interesting thing is it is not located in a park. It is in a cemetery!

A good demonstration of giving stuff its 2nd life. No matter PET bottles or the land :P

People love to look at the sky and imagine what the cloud looks like‧Doggy, Teddy Bear or Marshmallow......
In Taiwan, the rocks along the coast appear in varied shape eroded by the wave. We also like to name these rocks according what they look like. We have "Queen's head rock", "el capitan rock", "Pug rock"........

In the picture, it is 【Trunk rock 象鼻岩】
Do you think there is an elephant drinking water by his trunk?

Today is the last day of summer vacation for Taiwan students. It means they have to go back to school tomorrow! It also means the tourists at each scene spot will be reduced.

Hmm....Time to start making a traval plan!

Hello! How tall are you?

【Pisirian 比西里岸】is a small village in Taiwan Taitung. In Taiwanese indigenous languages, "Pisirian " means goat. The local people is very cute, they made lots of installation art regarding goats in the village and along the coast.
