Our Southern Tanzania Birding Expedition officially ended on 26 September and it was a journey beyond expectations!

From the Kilombero Valley to Udzungwa, a day packed with endemic and range-restricted specialities.

Kilombero delivered Kilombero Weaver, Kilombero Cisticola and White-tailed Cisticola — highly localised birds found in this unique region.

Eight days of birding through the Southern Highlands, Miombo woodlands, ancient baobabs and breathtaking landscapes — with some fantastic sightings along the way.
