The voice of the wild is not always a welcome.

These black rhinos aren't charging, they are sending a clear warning. Black rhinos are naturally highly alert, and incredibly protective of their space. Unlike animals that become accustomed to regular human presence, wild black rhinos are naturally wary and often react to unfamiliar sights, sounds, or scents by snorting, grunting, or making loud warning calls.

Staying suspicious of humans helps them avoid potential threats, especially in a world where poaching has put their species at risk. When you're on safari, respecting that distance is essential. The best wildlife encounters happen when we allow animals to remain truly wild.

A mother's call is the sweetest sound in the wild.

On our morning game drive we encountered this lioness drugging its kill and we decided to follow along, hoping she would take us to her cubs because you could tell she has cubs by looking at her t**s . Her sister (not in the video) was following from far. After successfully drugging its kill to where its cubs were hidden, she called her cubs to share the reward. Hidden nearby, the cubs instantly recognized their mother's call. They rushed toward the fresh Thomson's gazelle, eager for their meal and their next lesson.
