The Image of Africa Ltd. is a growing travel company in Tanzania, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team as a Travel Agent. This is a commission-only role — ideal for self-driven individuals who know how to close deals and are ready to earn based on performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively sell travel packages to Tanzania
Identify client needs and recommend suitable travel options
Convert leads into bookings through follow-ups and persuasive selling
Build and manage a personal client portfolio
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
Tech-savvy and comfortable working online/remotely
Knowledge of Tanzanian travel market is a strong advantage
