ADVENTURE TO THE GEOLOGICAL SITE

It was an incredible experience visiting the geological and archaeological site known as the Cradle of Mankind—Olduvai Gorge. Our journey began with a scenic drive from Karatu toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater from the crater rim.

Upon reaching Olduvai Gorge, we visited the museum and learned about the remarkable discoveries that have helped shape our understanding of early human history. We then explored the spectacular gorge viewpoint, witnessed the famous Shifting Sands, and finally visited the excavation site, where significant archaeological discoveries were made.
