The Big Five are:

• 🐆 Leopard
• 🦏 Rhinoceros

Why these five?
• They can charge, ambush, or kill humans.
• They’re unpredictable and tough to track.
• Even experienced hunters feared them.

Today, the meaning has shifted 🌍
Now it’s mostly used in safari tourism and conservation, referring to the most iconic animals people hope to see on an African safari—no hunting involved.

As the dates are ticking and we are Preparing for a Mount Kilimanjaro hike via Lemosho 8 days, it is crucial for a safe and successful summit.
Keep remembering some of tips for your preparation:

Physical Training
Focus on endurance: Kilimanjaro is more about stamina than strength. The best training is long-duration, low-to-moderate intensity exercise. Focus on hiking, running, cycling, or swimming to build your cardiovascular fitness.

Prepare for your hiking footwear and other necessary gear’s as shared to you

Stay hydrated: Drink at least 3 liters of water per day on the mountain. Dehydration can exacerbate altitude sickness symptoms. This includes eating balanced diet👌

For most adventurous moment just take good Care of yourself….both Mind and body
