Wildebeest calves can stand, walk and run just minutes after their birth. They are born a light tan and change to their adult color within about 2 months. So, now when you are on safari, if you see Wildebeest calves as pictured, you will know they are newborns, under 2 months!!

Hyena pups don't exactly arrive looking like their parents! These babies usually have brown/black fur at birth and as weeks go by, their hair turns lighter and spots emerge. This little one is starting to get its spots!
