Do cheetah climb trees?

Yes, they climb sometimes 🌳
Cheetahs may climb low-angled or accessible trees, especially when there are slanted trunks or branches.
Why they climb
To get a better view of the surroundings (spot prey or danger)
To rest or cool down
Occasionally, to keep watch over a kill
But they’re not built for it
Compared to leopards, cheetahs:
Have less powerful forelimbs
Have non-retractable claws (better for running, not gripping)
Rarely climb high or carry prey into trees
