What a view! Lake Balangida and Mount Hanang from above. 🇹🇿🏍️

While out exploring around Lake Balangida, look what we found. 🦩
This area has some great trails, beautiful scenery and plenty of places worth stopping to explore.
And scattered around the lake, we found these flocks of flamingos.
Just another unexpected discovery while riding through Tanzania. 🇹🇿🏍️

Out exploring around Katesh, I came across two pretty impressive features of this part of Tanzania.
Mount Hanang rises to around 3,423 metres and is the fourth-highest mountain in Tanzania.
And below it, Lake Balangida — a shallow, saline lake sitting in the Rift Valley landscape.
I came out to see the area for myself, and it’s seriously beautiful.
And there’s more to this lake than first meets the eye... 👀🇹🇿🏍️
