“Maasai Tribe Adventure embraces Founders' vision which intends to have educational growth and living standard improvement for Maasai children through a world in which people and wildlife live together sustainably forever. In order for this vision to be achieved, short-term thinking must be avoided and we must have an approach of thinking long-term and staying focused on the futures of the Maasai

children and families, about the wildlife that live here, and about regional economic growth and job creation. Successful, environmentally sustainable tourism is the key. Tanzania's elected leaders have emphasized this again and again. Maasai Tribe Adventure is an eco-tourism company. It is set up to maximize living standard of Maasai people and education growth with their children forever. It is also designed to teach the guests who come here what true environmental sustainability is and how to achieve it. Some of our guests will be leaders in their own countries. We want them to see and understand our vision and purpose. Everyone who is employed as a Maasai Tribe Adventure employee forms a vital part of this important work. In this we are all ‘Ilaiteng’enak’-Teachers. To be successful everybody’s help is needed. Maasai Tribe Adventure needs and welcomes thinking and ideas on how to better achieve these goals. Doors are always open for anybody with any questions or suggestions to share and ask without fear of reprisal.
