Something Big is Being Built Behind the Scenes.

Meet Alex Makundi, our Chief Outdoor Officer. For 20 years, he has been the force equipping Kilimanjaro climbers and safaris with reliable gear from custom tents to high altitude sleeping bags.

Later this year, Pathfinder Safaris will unveil a new subsidiary dedicated entirely to safari & mountain equipment.

Focus: Rental, tailor made tents, and premium outdoor gear for Kilimanjaro & safaris.

The name? It ends with “... Outdoors” the rest you will discover in Q4 2026.

Until then, Alex is taking our vision global. He will be at the UTE Outbound Tourism Exhibition in Shenzhen (April 16) and Chongqing (April 21) to meet partners who share our passion for quality and safety.

One year ago: A journey that still inspires us today.

Cassie and Jahmeek trusted Pathfinder Safaris with their 15-day Tanzanian dream, Kilimanjaro, Safari, and Zanzibar. What followed was not just a successful trek, but a genuine connection that remains with us.
