I want to see Africa, follow the map to its edges and keep going, forgo the plans and trust my instincts and let curiosity be my guide. I want to change the hemispheres, sleep with the unfamiliar stars and let the African journey unfold before me.

FACT ABOUT LION MATING
When its mating time, a lion pair mates every 15–30 minutes, with up to 50 copulations per 24 hours. Now you would ask why do lions mate so many times? The reason for this is the low fertility rate of lion breeding. Lion can mate up to 3000 times to have a cub.

Handmade by local tailors and artisans (fundis), the vibrant colors and textures of local fabrics and crafts beautifully reflect the warmth and rich culture of the Great Lakes region of Africa.

Starting at the end of this year, we’re launching a new nonprofit initiative focused on empowering small-scale local entrepreneurs. This project will center around handcrafted products, aiming to provide sustainable support, visibility, and fair opportunities for local talent and creativity.

Together, we believe in building a future where local craftsmanship thrives and communities grow stronger.

✅Daily Fact💡:Nature’s Courtship

Did you know that during mating season, the male ostrich undergoes a striking transformation? His legs and neck turn a vivid shade of red or pink—nature’s own highlighter, signaling he’s ready to impress.

But it doesn’t stop there! To woo a potential mate, he performs an elaborate dance, complete with deep bows, wing flaps, rhythmic foot stamping, and even a powerful booming call. It’s a performance where strength, color, and grace come together to captivate the females of the savannah.

Nature always finds the most extraordinary ways to communicate love and intention—and the ostrich is no exception.

Safari in Kenya 🇰🇪🐘🐆🦓🦒🐃

📍 Maasai Mara National Reserve

🗓️ Best time to witness the Great Migration: July to October

🐘 Why it’s worth it:
Compared to cheaper parks, the number of animals you see here is unmatched. You get to see easily tens of thousands.

🦁 Big Five & Predator Hotspot
Home to the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino.
Especially known for large lion prides and high chances of seeing cheetahs and leopards in the open savannah.

Open Plains & Photographic Beauty
Vast, golden savannah landscapes with acacia trees offer unobstructed views!perfect for photography and game drives.

Cultural Experience with the Maasai People
You can visit nearby Maasai villages, interact with the semi-nomadic Maasai tribe, and learn about their rich traditions, warrior culture, and livestock-based lifestyle.

Year-Round Game Viewing
Unlike some parks that are seasonal, the Masai Mara has abundant resident wildlife all year.
This includes giraffes, hyenas, antelopes, hippos, and many bird species.

Hot Air Balloon Safaris
You can float over the Mara at sunrise, spotting wildlife from above !one of Africa’s most magical safari experiences
